Dr. Franklin C. Annis joins me today to discuss the power of being a life-long learner and how he’s empowering soldiers to overcome Adversity through personal development. Listen in as Dr. Annis and I explore the importance of continuing to grow and study after formal education, using your own interests to shape your education, and how reading reinforces autonomy. We also discuss how to overcome Adversity by stopping the discussion around philosophy and how to start embodying it.
