Dr. Franklin C. Annis holds a Doctorate in Education (EdD) from North Central University. For almost a decade, he has been researching Army education theory concerning the Army Leader Development Model (ALDM). He is conducting research on improving the concept of Army Self-Development through improving the definition and suggesting practical self-development techniques.
Dr. Annis is a veteran of Operational Iraqi Freedom having served as the 2nd Platoon Leader of the 313th Medical Company (Ground Ambulance) during OIF 9-11.
